Metasploit Framework comes with ruby_smb 0.0.8 at this time of the writing. You have to upgrade it to ruby_smb 0.0.14 in order for the exploit to work.
Fire up the msfconsole and search for these two modules. If its listed, load the modules and setup the host target address and exploit.
