No. Xieles Support does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise give your personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes. We reserve the right to assign staff to shift times as we see fit. Xieles Support has the right to rotate the staff shifts and to re-assign or remove a staff from your team with or without notification.
Number Of Working Days
All plans will be providing services 7 days a week except the dedicated admin plan. Dedicated admin plan will be restricted to 5 days a week unless the client needs a backup to cover the off days.
Xieles Support will not give out or make public any sensitive information belonging to clients in any manner other then what is intended or is necessary for Xieles Support to do their job.
